Full Final report The main background document looked at characteristics of the North South Corridor (NSC)Surface Transport system; considered how implementation of the NSC pilot Aid for Trade Programme would take place and looked at funding mechanisms. It also contained an annex on the economic benefits of an efficient NSC using HDM-4 analysis as well as another annex on a 20 year work programme for road network capital cost. |
